A 15m projectile-nullifying wall is pretty big. A 6m wide wall is useful in key situations. Shielding forward from the choke can annihilate crossfire, but doesn't block as much damage as possible. If D.Va is playing as sole damage blocker, it's critical that her DM block as much open space as possible against as many enemies as possible.

Definitely and anti-ult but not necessarily against every ult. Zenyatta doesn't necessarily counters burst. If the enemy ulti anyway deals 300 damage on a 200 HP DPS then he is dead. But the additional 750 HP ( I think it was 750, feel free to correct me if i am wrong) from a Lucio ult can actually prevent that.

If they have a tracer going after your ana, fly back and defend your ana. Again you don't have to kill the tracer, just don't let her kill your ana. If a teammate gets hooked by hog, DM hogs shot so your teammate doesn't get 1 shot. If the enemy has an ana, be looking to eat her sleep darts and nades. Dva's mobility and DM are the biggest parts
If a dva makes it back into her mech that's bad for your team. She's standing still during this and is easy to stick, and even if you only deal damage to the mech it removes the armor which opens dva up for you, as tracer, to solo de-mech her again with 1 clip.
Molten Core does 25 impact damage per blob with 10 blobs, so while it's not worth prioritizing for damage boost, it's not a complete waste either. That's to contrast with things like Tracer's bomb and Hanzo's dragonstrike arrow that do 5 impact damage.
